Surviving Work and Workouts: Sweating Like I Have My Life Together!

Y'know that feeling when you swear you're gonna hit the gym after work, but suddenly it's 8pm and you're on your couch eating snacks out of a bowl because it's a salad if it's in a bowl? Yeah same.

But! I have been trying some totally realistic ways of squeeze in fitness, even when my schedule looks like a game of Tetris. Here what's working:

1. The 30 minutes Hustle: Even if it's just 15 minutes walk in the nature or making my breakfast (mini-marathon from my bed to the kitchen), it helps me wake up and I feel like I've already won the day. It's fast, furious and it's usually me trying not to trip over my own feet. But hey, it's still progress, right?

2. Conference Call Cardio: Instead of sitting on my chair all day, I'll take calls while walking. A little movement goes a long way and no one's the wiser.

3. Stretch Breaks: If you see me randomly doing yoga poses in office, It's just me keeping myself from turning into a human pretzel 🥨

4. Eating Clean-ish: I've added more greens to my meals but a side of fries keeps finding it's way onto the plate. But it's all about balance, right?

Fitness is a journey (mostly from my couch to the fridge), but we're all in this together 💪
